Meanwhile, remember that “the Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth” (Psalm 145:18). He who’s full of grace and truth “is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18).
Also take comfort that “the prayer of the upright is [God’s] delight” (Proverbs 15:8), so “draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need” (Hebrews 4:16).
