Loren became a Mormon in 1973. Seventeen months later, he was called to the South Dakota-Rapid City Mission, where he served faithfully for two years. Loren married in the Los Angeles Temple in 1977 and graduated with honors from BYU four years later. After extensive prayer and study, however, he realized Mormonism is counterfeit and resigned his LDS church membership in 1984. In 2001, Loren received the biblical Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
RICHARD G. OWEN
Vice President and Research Director
Richard has never been a Mormon. But as faithful Christian, he relentlessly researches Mormonism, especially from a New Testament perspective. His research confirms that Mormon prophets have officially taught glaring contradictions and dangerous anti-biblical doctrine. Richard especially enjoys exposing Mormonism’s incredulous Bible proof texts, and he enlightens readers about true biblical exegesis.
ROBERTA KING
Executive Assistant
Besides serving as Global Christian Outreach executive assistant, Roberta facilitates our ministry’s Prayer and Eternal Lifeline ministries. She knows the heartache Mormonism can inject into Christian families. Her eldest son, when courted by a Mormon girl, was nearly baptized into the LDS church. However, valiant efforts by Roberta and other Christians preserved him in the truth. In fact, soon thereafter, his girlfriend left Mormonism and received the biblical Jesus as her Savior.

SAMPLE RESIGNATION LETTER
Dear Bishop:
Effective immediately, I hereby re-sign my membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Throughout all relevant LDS church records, you are to designate that this action is at my own request. I simply want my name removed from the records of the church.
I will not attend or participate in church courts, hearings or other so-called disciplinary actions. Neither will I speak with home teachers, members of bishoprics, members of stake presidencies or with other church officials unless I initiate contact.
However, please notify me in writing when my name has been removed from church records.
Yours truly,
[your name and address]
