Loren became a Mormon in 1973. Seventeen months later, he was called to the South Dakota-Rapid City Mission, where he served faithfully for two years. Loren married in the Los Angeles Temple in 1977 and graduated with honors from BYU four years later. After extensive prayer and study, however, he realized Mormonism is counterfeit and resigned his LDS church membership in 1984. In 2001, Loren received the biblical Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

An active Christian and skilled researcher, Dawn resigned her LDS membership when she was 21. With six siblings, she was reared in the Mormon church. But when a freshman in college, Dawn began comparing Mormon doctrine to the teachings of the Bible, which one of her Christian roommates frequently discussed with her. Dawn realized that to receive the gift of eternal life and to please the Lord, she must leave Mormonism and receive the Christ of the Bible.

Steve and Global Christian Outreach president Loren Franck became friends when they were both 14 years old growing up in Los Angeles. Efficient, hardworking and fully committed to the gospel of Jesus Christ, Steve became a Christian at age 7. He has never veered from the faith. A mighty prayer warrior and gifted student of scripture, Steve heads the Global Christian Outreach prayer ministry in addition to his duties as executive assistant.

Dear Bishop:
Effective immediately, I hereby re-sign my membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Throughout all relevant LDS church records, you are to designate that this action is at my own request. I simply want my name removed from the records of the church.
I will not attend or participate in church courts, hearings or other so-called disciplinary actions. Neither will I speak with home teachers, members of bishoprics, members of stake presidencies or with other church officials unless I initiate contact.
However, please notify me in writing when my name has been removed from church records.
